underwater treadmill? I've never heard of such a thing... that sounds awesome!

Such a wise choice to exercise in the pool... I love it...have ya tried the underwater trampoline???? 

underwater trampoline??? what a bouncing idea! Sorry to say the city rec center only has the underwater treadmill (self powered) and an underwater recumbent bike. and lots of kids to dodge! when does school start up again? LOL 

Ya found me out!!! I was only kiddin' about the underwater trampoline! But anything ya do in the water is great fun...isin't it! One time I was playing shark with my boys...so I submerged for an attack on Conor...grabbed his leg and shook it all about - then surfaced only to find that it was NOT Conor but an elderly Lady!!!!! (we had early showers that day - kept apologising every time we passed her!) 

I've never even heard of an underwater treadmill or bike! where have I been these days?? well, on to more important matters; you need to update your journal! I'm suffering from withdrawals over here and you don't want that! I get all frothy and foamy at the mouth! :)
