So I havent done so well this week. I lost 7 and half last week which means i will probably have a low number even if i did well. We have a contest going on and we are on teams. I hope I havent let my team down this week.
I did have my food journal and weight so that no one could view it because I was afraid I wasnt eating the right things. I have decided that I need to have it available for others to see for that same reason. if i am not eating the right things someone will let me know.
