Just got back from a mile walk at lunch and it is so hot here i was ready to come back to the office. I try and walk at each break and i walk 1 mile at each. but today i walked at lunch too. So i have walked 1 mile this morning and 1 mile at lunch we will see what this afternoons break will bring it my be way to hot but i will try.

no it's poring out so i won't get to walk at my last break darn it. it's thundering bad out. going to do it all night long too.

Could you march in place instead? LOL I guess it depends if you have your own office or you work with a lot of other people. Do you have stairs you could climb instead? Yay you for walking each break so far today, and at lunch!

i work in a 4 story building we have a lot of stairs, but since it's been raining and very hot it smells like dead fish. Yuck!

yes it is, and yes we have told them. oh well this winter i do the stairs because i can't walk out in the cold or snow.
