I had such a bad day... I woke up starving because I didn't really eat last night. And then had only had a short workout. And I was really craving sweets tonight, and I don't keep that kind of stuff in the house, so I had almond butter and honey. Ugh... totally killed my diet tonight. Good thing I've got a tough run tomorrow :/
