Good luck with that lol. I did a breakdown of mine. Since I didn't do the cooking it was a guesstimate without knowing the unseen ingredients.

I logged mine in but it was a guess as to how many calories it actually was. Didn't matter....I enjoyed all my food....but I was a bit stuffed!

Well, except there are 3500 calories in one pound, and you have to have burned at !east half of your 4800 intake, so I'm guessing you actually gained less than a pound. It'll be gone in no time.
