Come on Maggie !! Your updates have lacked your usual 'sparkle' and the weight seems to have levelled. At least it's not going up :) Time to refocus and continue on the healthy eating / gym going person that were were not long ago :) I've heard the saying 'If I can do it then anybody can do it" a thousand times, and I always thought, yeah, right celebrity, you have unlimited resources and personal trainers at your disposal. Or, the person who says it has an amazing support group to help them through it. I have none of that. It's just me. But now I am one of those people saying that anybody can do it !! No, it's not fun :( and No, it;s not easy, but it;s definitely worth it, and you are on the right track, maybe just need a little push (away from the nutella :) ). 

Thank you so much for your support xxx and that little push... Two days ago I was saying this is not me! This is not who I am!! This is not what I want to be! Back on it and my body is loving it. Feeling better that is for sure. I have had a work load of abundance and it’s not over yet. 😃 that’s why I have been quiet. Thank you again for your encouragement ❤️❤️❤️ An that’s why my sparkle has been a little shaken. 😃😃😃😃😃😃 An off Nutella xxx
