Day 37 - Off to a rough start, forgot my laptop at home while too busy thinking about my sizeable ass. got me a new diet plan though, see how that goes..gotta make this healthy lifestyle a part of my life and not my whole life or i will go crazy..thank god for best friends, it saved me two hours of driving home and back to get it...

M1 - yogurt, blackberries, protein shake
M2 - Orange & Protein Powder
M3 - Spinach, tbsp raw oil, tomatos, tuna
M4 - Apple & Protein Powder
M5 - Chicken Breast, green beans, almonds
M6 - Cottage Cheese & Veggies
