Diario de The candy fan, 03 abr. 13

Still not ready to get on the scale it sounds silly but it really was bad the last time no matter what even if it takes next week to get on there I will feel better with that number because it will be from a new routine and there is now way it could be stuck at a bad place. Change of plans appointments moved to friday again which is fine. There are a few gyms in my area all seemed menacing as much as it could be beneficial.Logical is not joining but walking the distance to get there, which left me winded in getting to one place by foot. If I joined the gym feeling that intimidated would never use the membership hard earned money poorly spent.
I cant seem to find one(1) cabbage leaf or one (1)walnut on food chart, so it will be off a little less rather than more

If you keep up the walking it's a good exercise on its on and do the gym a little later when you fell better about it. I know what you mean about the scale I think mine hates me I have to make myself get on it and then what it says effects how I feel the rest of the day and it shouldn't be that way so your not alone.

I say pick a weigh in day and stick to it, that way you know if your diet and exercise routine is working or not. :) I personally do not like gyms, but for the few times that I have been in one it seems like everyone is too into their workout to notice anyone else. Good luck with whatever you choose!

I don't like gyms either, but there aren't that many close to me. I would have to drive 20-30 minutes to get to one, so I workout at home. This way the wasted time in the car is spent doing a longer workout. Also, I can wear the ugliest sweat pants and no one is the wiser.

Exactly and as soon as I move my car there are 10 people looking for the space.
