Diario de Roszain, 23 nov. 19

with the weekly weight in drawing closer I feel anxious have I behaved as well as I could have, could I have eaten less could have I done more then just work in my garden, what if my weight has gone up and not down. I have recorded everything that goes in to my mouth and I'm staying under 1900cals a day but is that enough to make a change. If the scale goes up instead of down will I continue or will I just binge.

I'm feeling a little emotional today while getting dressed this morning I had a long look in the mirror and all I saw was fat rolls :(

💖 take each day at a time. Focus on those 24 hrs. When it’s over, it’s over. Don’t focus on the past. Focus on the now. And how you can make it great. It’s all about your mental thought. Control it to your advantage. Only you can make or break this journey you are on.

Just do what you can, and trust that your results will be reflective of that. Stressing will only make you want to eat more, or to eat things that are not the best for you. If this week doesn't turn out as well as you'd like it to, you have next week to make additional improvement. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

I feel exactly the same... I was a personal trainer.. And let my self go after I had my son.. Weighing in at 85...i am sooo sefconsioys at gym.. Train with very long t shirts... And I also keep to below 1900 cal.. And I wonder how long will it take to loose 15 kg.

Be patient with yourself, nothing in nature blooms all year. You're doing the best that you can, you're being mindful, and it will pay off. You'll have some days where you want to binge eat, we all get those, and sometimes you will, but dust yourself off and carry on, that one cheat meal doesn't define you, nor does your weight and rolls, that a hell of a lot of us have! You can so do this!

I understand those feeling I have them all the time too. Together we all have this. We have to make sure we find time to enjoy the journey. Let us all keep up the good work
