Took yesterday off from the gym to try to keep my tight IT band from becoming an issue, so no weight loss. I am extremely worried it's goign to continue to bother me and I'm going to have to back off running, which will devestate me. Hopefully I can stay on top of stretching it, start foam roller use, and maybe throw in some massages to loosen it up.
