Soo hungry this morning made an additional one large egg one small egg omlette with Jarlsberg cheese then still starving another can of Tuna.
Really wanted a macaroon but just think two has enough carbs to be a candy bar which again smelling the can will do for now. For lunch will add the espresso working from home most of the week again.

When you are finished smelling that macaroon can send it to me because I can probably lick it. LOL! Licking has no carbs I am pretty sure.
