okay so these past couple of days have been terrible. absolutely terrible. but today i'm get back onto the program. i think i should jot down how much i'd like to lose by which dates . . .
end of august (me and sebastian's trip to vegas): lose 2-3 inches off of everything, my goal weight being 170-175
end of september (my sister's bachelorette party, also in vegas): lose an added 1-2 inches, my goal weight being 165-170
middle of october (my sister's wedding): lose and added 1-2 inches, my goal weight being 160-165
are these realistic goals? if i lose 5-8 inches, i'll be about size 8/10. hmmm...
