I hate the scale when it teases me one day then goes back up the next! Oh well, I know I have been 100% good. Skipped the bday cupcakes and pie in the office kitchen, skipped the goodbye cake for a co-worker...I've got nerves of steel! LOL!

It always seems like there's some kind of cake or bagel or cookie occasion going on daily at work. Good for you for resisting! I only weigh myself once every one-two weeks, usually in the morning before I eat breakfast, because I can't deal with being terrorized by the fluctuations. Maybe this would help you?
