what it feels like for a girl.....

that time of the month comes around and my tatas hurt, especially when jogging AND cramps too!!! workout really hurt tonight but got through it. think i found my sweet spot for calories finally. around ~1200 - ~1350 is good for me. i am thinking i may actually make my goal of 150 for the wedding! man, i would be so happy!
