Once again eyes on the horizon to succeed. I cheated a bit with a small bowl of ice cream and on Saturday a glass of wine. I felt really guilty and fully expected to suffer on the scales this morning. But, to my relief and surprise I'd lost .1 kgs. So on with another week. I still have a big fat stomach and have also been working to get rid of it. I know that'll never happen as it's my shape, but I'm starting to fit into smaller clothes that have been sitting in my robe for ages. But you know, I still see myself as huge and fat. It's my mental thing. Don't think it'll ever go. Been with me too long. So......answer, don't look in the mirror.
