My scale is seeing a downward trend again, though Im bloated like a beachball! I have yet another ovarian cyst that is messing with my water retention and mood. I am so irritable! On a lighter note, life is good!

Ive been using my current diet and tweeking it a bit. I TRIED to go back to induction b/c Keri is so inspirational as of late :) But, Im simply NOT there in spirit to do it. So, while watching my calories, Im eating 2 meals atkins-style and my dinner meal whatever I want to. Im starting up on the green tea again too. I need to drink more tea :)

That Keri is a hard act to follow - isn't she? I think we all have to just do what works for us. I think your idea is great. And I'm sure the tea intake will help, too.

sorry to hear about those cysts!! that's unbelievable how they keep coming back like that! You're right about it messing with your ability to lose weight...it probably has EVERYTHING to do with that!
