I finally took the big leap and went to phase 2. I am very leery (SP?) of bread so have been sticking to whole wheat tortillas and things are going well so far.

Just take it very slow until you know how each new carb is effecting you. I like you, stuck with the whole wheat tortillas and wraps first. I can tell you the whole wheat bread was good too, but I waited to introduce that too. ( I chose that whole wheat low carb, low calorie bread)I also used only one slice of bread at first, like half a sammich or ate an open faced sammy. You are doing fantastic and just keep paying attention to how the foods you're eating effect you and you'll continue to do awesome. GREAT job!
