Today's weigh in was really good!! So encouraging! I'm so close to my first mini goal weight!! I feel like this belly fat is hard to take off. I'm going to look up some exercises to help get rid of it. I had a great birthday yesterday! I recieved some gift catds for places like dunkin doughnuts:( maybe I can give them to someone else. Anyways today is going to be a great day!!

Congratulations! I gained 7 lbs, but am down a pants size and two inches. LOL it makes no sense to me but I will take it! I'm glad you are nearing one of your goals! That always feels good :) Keep up the good work! and happy belated birthday!

elizabeth maybe it is muscle weight you have gained? And are loosing the fat and it's showing in your pants? You are doing great! Thanks so much! elluse so glad we can support and encourage eachother!!:)

Hi everyone. This is my first day here & I am loving it. We are here for the same goal & it's great to see how everyone is supportive of one another. I just wanted to pass this on to you: someone told me about Unjury protein powder that you mix with low fat milk & drink as a substitute for a meal. I purchased it & taste's pretty good. I am looking forward to the results. Everyone I have spoken to say it works better than the store bought shakes, but it must be ordered. God bless all of you struggling with trying to loose weight as I am.
