Another awful day eating-wise. My sister and I baked funfetti cake, and coworkers ordered pizza. To top it all off, I ate all of that (plus a bit of grilled chicken) after 9:30 pm! Ugh. A disgusting ending to a really really fun night at work.
I am finding that I will eat, even when I'm not hungry (I had pizza at work, and was not hungry when I came home, but ate funfetti and the chicken anyway). It is so frustrating, I'm not quite sure why I do it.
Another non-workout day, though I did spend 2 hours cleaning our attic, which actually was more strenuous than I expected it would be. Also work was more active than usual, because my coworkers and I waged war on one another (trying to throw each other in the pool, water balloon fights, etc) and then got to go off the diving boards and down the slides after all the patrons left. Still, not nearly as much activity as I'd like, especially considering I pigged out.
So frustrated....
