I'm jumping back on the bandwagon. I officially finished my one year of LAWL today and it has been a great experience. I haven't followed the plan in about two months though and I'm paying for it. I have gained 4 pounds since then and I'm ready to get rid of it. I am doing LAWL starting tomorrow, on my own. Wish me luck:)

Great that you are working on maintaining the weight you worked so hard to lose. I am making this a very slow lengthy life style change and will probably be on this for the remainder of my life..........
