Day 29 and feelin fine! Well sort of.. Pretty excited im wearing a shirt that i bought forever ago and never wore cuz it clung to my nooks and crannys and today im feeling great in it. I took my week four pictures last night and compared them to week one. I def see some changes, and my clothes are fitting better, however there is still plenty of work to do. This is the point when i usually start to slack but i have made that commitment to only weigh in once a week to avoid being discouraged by some stupid number i often find myself obbssesed with and i will have to power through. I printed out the progress pictures side by side and put them on my mirror so i can get a load of my saadddle bags and the cellulite or ("hail damage" as i like to call it) every morning. It will remind myself of how fast the weight gets put back on when i do start to slack. I have made it this far and it feels great, but its time to feel even better. They say it only takes three weeks to break a bad habit so ive gotten through the hardest part...im not sure i agree with that statement though, im still with that lousy good for nuffin bad habit of a boyfriend. ;) but in regards to making it another 30 days and then another 30 days of clean eats and and being in the best shape of my life...I CAN, AND I WILL. and then just maintaining the healthy lifestyle is so much easier. i dont want to look back two months from now (as per usual) and think, "wow i wonder where i would have been had a stuck with it, when will i ever learn?!?!" i did that just back in may, fell off the wagon and was so mad at myself when we went on vacation and i looked like shamu on the beach.. Nope not this time. this time im too legit to quit. The boyfriend is home late tonight from working up in the oil fields..cha ching, $$ hopefully get a lil lulu shopping trip while hes home....and i have made kabobs for tomorrows night dinner. i will avoid the garlic bread & Dessert i am making but enjoy the steak & veggies...go for a run to keep up with the promise of cardio 6 days a week. Im sure ill make time for the horizontal mambo also. now theres a great workout, haha.

Im feeling dehydrated since i had a pretty intense hot yoga class last night it got to about 42 degrees celsius, (107 F) in the room and usually its about 4 degress cooler. 90 mins of that, i was tired and struggled through the postures but overall im glad i went. So with that said i will make sure i pound back the water & Tea.

Still thinking about the weekend, and thats a good thing. the more i brace myself and prepare myself for a smorgasmborg of temptation, the greater the chance i wont give in. Friday i have my boot camp with my trainer so If i work extra hard it will remind me of avoiding the booze, and rather stay out and enjoy my friends and bust a kick and a few calories on the dance floor... and then saturday will be more of the challenge. but i do have "yoga in the park" its an annual charity where everyone gets together in the park and practices. its a very wonderful body, mind, soul experience. Then Im going to a pppawty with one of those people that wont take no thank you for an answer. she will be persistant through the entire night that i drink and eat crap. Some may call it the hostess with the mostest but i find it down right annoying. i dont have to explain myself to anybody..this is my body, my choice and im setting the intent right now that i am not giving in. I know bringing your own healthy dish is often a sure fire way to still be a polite guest. It is also important to not skip meals so that you dont pig out there...anyone else have any other ideas??

M3 - WW Spag & Chicken (uhh gain)
M4 - Cottage Cheese
M5 - Myoplex shake

DESSERT - Water & Sunshine

After work plan is to G.T.L. baby. Gym, Tan, Laundry.
