You need to keep your expectations realistic. You are losing fine. Many people are lucky to lose a couple pounds a month. A pound or so a week will still get you to goal. Your losing weight and you feel "defeated". Start thinking differently. Any loss is great. We will have weeks of gains when we do everything right, we have weeks of loss when we overeat and we have weeks where we stay the same. It's all a part of the journey. The people who get to goal, are those who stick with it no matter what. You can do this!
