okay, I'll admit...Friday was a "splurge" day. Way too much junk food, not enough exercise. I know this will kill the diet, but every so often crazy days like this will happen (just as long as it doesn't become a habit). Time to go back to normalcy -- rededicate to the diet plans and exercise.
