So far today was not how I planned it to be... I woke up at a decent time, but then, I just did not accomplish anything today. Like... I have a tank system at work that isn't working. I need to fix it, however, technically I can't do anything until it dries out, and I can't empty ALL of the water in it because the pump isn't small enough... so today was the dry out day for me. Tomorrow I've got to go in and fix it. Tomorrow I will be motivated.
Since the Wii screwed me up on the workouts, I can't actually do a 6 week challenge workout tonight, but I plan on doing step aerobics - then this workout that I designed that's a lot of the sports and running and some strength exercises - and then step aerobics again.
Felt like I ate a lot today but honestly I just didn't make the best choices. I'm REALLY struggling to get my protein up. I'm trying everything. I've still got to go to the store to get "supplies" for my protein battle, but I've been eating meats, peanut butter, eggs... we don't have any nuts or anything, but yeah. Bleh.

Hi L - your motivation will come back. Heck, you're exercising regularly again (although I still think all the moving and packing and unpacking and painting and decorating all counts as exercise!), so that's motivation. I just saw your diet calendar above listing your protein intake at nearly 83 grams. That's pretty good! .....okay, what's a Dark Chocolate Dream? I want one of those!

OOooh D! You've got to find it. It's peanut butter mixed with Dark Chocolate - made by a company called Peanut Butter & Co. - It's got almost as much protein as normal peanut butter, and basically the same calories, if not less. It's SOOO yummy. I have to limit myself to 1/2 a serving (1 tbsp) because otherwise I'd probably eat the whole jar... lol
