Birthday today!!!! So, this month I did not knuckle down at ALL. I exersized twice. Was sick/under the weather for a week n a half. Baby too. So taking care of her, hubby and myself I was just Soooo tired. Had company from out of town 4 days and did not exersize. Logged all my calories, but went over every day. SO! Next realistic goal is to break 150# by the end of the month. I have an appt with my OB/GYN on Nov 4th. 150# would be my pre-pregnancy weight. My more challenging goal is to weigh in at 145#, which would be 'normal/not overweight.' 8# in 21 days is not unreasonable. I'll push. If I just get back to walking daily before work, I am pretty sure to reach that goal.
