yesty=urday I started the cambridge diet I was very good all day even at night I was pleased with myself no dizzyness and feeling good!
I managed to stay off the scales too this morning and I did loads of walking yesturday but today only walked for 45 mins and was shattered so instead of walking both ways shoppping I caught the bus I guess no food = no energy eh? mateys !
I m trying not to get on the scales for a couple of weeks as I tend to eat stupidly when I gain or if I loose! either way the scales are NOT my friend not while Im dieting anyway
when I get back to 9 stone ( or possibly below) I will keep an eye on my weight through the scales till then I will just be judging but looking in the mirror!
yeeah sound like a good plan to me !
