Diario de mcarthey, 13 mar. 13

I'm happy to see the weight continues to come off. I'm doing cardio almost daily for anywhere between 1/2 hour to an hour and still watching my calories as best I can. I relax a bit on the weekends, which I'm going to have to get control of. It's planned, for now, but I don't believe I'll be able to continue that once I get closer to my goal weight. I still have a ways to go so I'm just planning ahead. For the time being... Woo! Have a great week all!
