I really like this site! Last time I did my weigh in and measurements with my personal trainer he called me a liar about what I was eating and how I was exercising. I told him the truth! Well I told him I would keep track of it this month and show him exactly what I ate every day for a month! Let's see if he says that again! HOW RUDE!!! So, I am praying that I have dropped 5 pounds by Wednesday! I know that is alot for 1 week but I have incorporated Water Aerobics and I can see a difference. I wish I could do water aerobics everyday, because you can push yourself harder because it is not hard on the joints! If you have never tried it you should! I am hoping to have lost at least 30 pounds by the end of October that is when my future husband is coming back home! Boy would that be a good surprise!!!!

Don't get discouraged if it is not 5 lbs. At first you may notice a difference in your shape, but not pound wise. Thirty pounds in three months is duable, but you will have to be very dissaplined. I like that you added a pic and profile to your site, it makes it feel more personable. Good luck on your journey.

I will not be discouraged! I worked my butt off last month and lost 1 little bitty pound so I am expecting a bigger number this month! As long as my clothes are fitting looser I know something is working even if the scale doesn't agree!! After all 1 pound of fat is 3 times bigger then 1 pound of muscle! I finally added the pic because they are few and far between! This one was only taken because I met up with some friends I had not seen in 27 years. I like to see profile pictures too!
