not sure what to do abt calories. again ate less than 1000 but I am full.

I have that same issue, too. Sometimes I just make myself eat something, other times I don't. The only difference, is that you are active and I am not (though I should be), so getting enough calories is really key. Maybe try to incorporate more foods with calories into your meals, like red meat. I've been trying to do the same, so along with my salad and veggies, I'll cook a hamburger patty, about 6 oz., top it with a little bit of onion, maybe a thin slice of tomato, sometimes a piece of bacon, and cover it with an ounce of cheese. Ground beef will get those calories up there quick! lol

thanks for the tips angie. I was planning on cooking burger patty for dinner tonight anyway. It looks like I am active, but that is fairly new. Was just doing once a week at physiotherapy. Til I started this smarter eating plan and it kind of prods you to exercise, lol, with the little icons. Good luck to you. Kathy
