Not weighing in today. What a hard challenge! I don't know if I'll last the whole week without checking. My husband got frustrated yesterday because I just bought a new fancy scale and then I announce that I'm going to stop checking my weight every day. I had to explain that its a willpower challenge, not a permanent change! I think he sort of understands it now, but he doesn't mind if I'm spending time concerned with my weight if it means I obsess less about other things. I guess I really do tend to pick one thing to concentrate on at a time, but recently I've been switching between the whole weight/diet and house hunting since we may be moving soon.

I'll see if I can get my husband to record my weight for me tomorrow morning and then hide it from me until Sunday. I like looking at all the little dots on my weight tracker going down, and if I miss too many I'll have lots of gaps!
