The regiment, the guilt, the plateaus, not being able to enjoy food I love, no alcohol. I can honestly say that I've done everything right to the inth. I know you can't undo the fat that you've packed on over a long period and expect it to disappear overnight. I know this. But, it still seems like pushing against the tide every day. Don't feel discouraged, I know it's hard! isn't it better that in four months time you will be less than you are now?

😀 hey I know what it's like, I've been doing WW for years, this app was mentioned on the WW Fb page so thought I would check it out, it's quite good and a real eye opener, most of my calories come from snacks and 93gm sugar 😱

The scales are heading in the right direction. I to stumbled on this app when I heard about it on a WW page. I can now see why I have been maintaining the last year. Way to many calories consumed in their zero point foods
