Hi everyone - last night was a rough night at work. I left early and my boss was NOT happy about it. I took a short reprieve last year because of the arthritis. I mentioned it to info as I feel closest to him as he is a guy and I am one too of course and he always has words of wisdom. I greatly appreciate loosin' too who makes me laugh and all the women who most of whom I could probably date (the single ones) they're so nice at least on here but they're all so far away. I can't express how grateful I am for FS - I don't know who provides this but they get my CNN hero(s) award nomination if it was even possible but I guess they just want scientists or those helping the needy Third World poor, something that is drastically needed in such an often selfish American society I too often see more clearly as I age. My weight isn't going down a lot but my waistline is - so I AM doing something right, the weight will follow. I ate some snack food yesterday. Not too many calories but in the coming weeks I plan a lot less and to be in more control.

Vocabulary word for Saturday: afflatus -noun- FORMAL - a divine creative impulse or inspiration. ------- Origin from the 17th Century from Latin. --------- On a side note this early a.m. before daybreak I had a bit of 'afflatus' occur to me when I got home regarding a future story and it was very moving and inspirational and emotional. It will definitely become at least a short story inevitably, so I decided to use this word this morning. :)
