gooooooooooooooood saturday mornin everyone...waking up to 65 outside this morning...so nice to see the temps down, means less humid...also means it will be a cooler morning ride till i get the heat built up in my body when i start peddling around town...kept up an movin yesterday...ended up cutting grass yesterday afternoon...so lest that is done for another 3-4 days dependin on how much it rains between now an then...was thinkin yesterday how i let myslf down in the winter months last year when i went back to old habits an not exercisin...but im totally focused and back on track once again...i see my waist droppin off the inches and i see mini goal in sight again...im eating better and exercising and its showing ...mabye not on the scales, but i can definately see it in my waist and i can see it just above my waist where the fat hangs over my belt, its shirkin...i can see it when i look in the mirror...another week and i will have been riding my bike around town for a month...and i really think its helped alot...with a different workout and a more intense workout as well...well...need to get up and eat breakfast...get ready for a morning ride...soon as the sun comes up...moving my riding time back has made it easier to get up an moving easier...well keep that water going in...have a greattttttttttt day and a greattttttttt weekend...
