I want to record that yesterday (technically, even though its only 1:30am here) I did what I said as far as my workout goes. I did a step aerobics sandwich. I did the 30 min step aerobics (311 cal), followed by my 6 week challenge (121 cal), and then the step aerobics again (310 cal). It was 85 minutes, and I felt like sleeping and passing out afterwards, lol... but I'm still awake and I'm okay. Something like 740 calories.

Good morning, L! Wow...that's pretty impressive! 85 min. with and hour of that, at least, being all aerobic! I hope you can walk today! I'm still trying to shake out the kinks and eat breakfast before I start today. Kinda of yuck outside right now. Not very hot (for here), but cloudy and almost dreary. I'm hoping for a storm, but only after I workout---storms make me want to curl up on the sofa and veg :) How are things in your life now? Any more settled? Did the boyfriend get the other job and is his car fixed yet? How's the house coming? Any plans for sending pictures? I know...last thing you need is another person wanting something from you! In your own time... Have a great weekend! Awesome work on the exercise. Oh, I know what you mean about the abs. I can definitely FEEL mine, and when I'm working them I'm like, oh wow! But pull up the shirt and all I can see is that cave thing where the obliques are...where's that elusive six pack?! Well, actually, I don't think I want a six-pack...just want a nice, firm, tight and toned belly. Gee...I don't want much, do I?
