hey guy's im on a atkins type diet STELLA STYLE. any sugestions on where to go to be weighed? i think im around 430 & i cant find a scale for the house that goes up to my weight & my doctor doesnt have a scale that can weigh me either. I would hate to pay weight watchers to just be weighed in each week if im on the atkins diet. Someone please help me it would be nice to see if im making any kinda progress or if this diet is working. thanks guys

What if you just go by your clothing until you get to a smaller weight? Doesn't really help though does it? I'm sorry, I don't know much about scales except ... I HATE MINE, lol. I have the Stella low carb cook book, it's got some pretty good stuff in there too!

You can call your local hospital and ask them which dept has the scale you need be weighed on-you won't have to pay either.

You don't get discouraged and hang in there. Do you have the atkins book ? I wish you all the luck!! YOU make sure you do what you are supposed to do. Do the WW diet and get support from the rest of us!! We really have a great support team. We will help you!!! dharper 1

There is a scale for public use that goes up to several hundred pounds at our grocery store. You might look into that. Good luck!!
