Still staying strong with the calories. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow are all 800 calorie days. Unfortunately, I ate my 800 calories already today!!!!!!!! This may be b/c TOM officially started today (last week was a false alarm...). Im going to talk to my doc about it today when I go in. I hate it when my equilibrium is off.

One thing I do know is that this diet IS working for me. I dont expect a HUGE loss tomorrow, but I do expect A loss. Life is good! Amen!
