Hi - lots going on in my life. Astrology 'explains' it a wee bit and now I see how. It would take ten paragraphs to explain. The past few weeks I have joined two social groups - one will help me with going back to school and at their site I should be able to start taking classes soon. I will continue doing vocabulary words. NN - I wasn't truly following South Beach. I loved the site there and my buddies, etc. but it was time to get real and that is I'm not counting points so forget WW and it was time to really just count calories. I will aim for 1200 - 1600 until I reach my goal weight. Then I will try to maintain a weekly average of 1800 calories once I'm down to 195 or the low 190s. The good thing is my clothes are getting looser so something is going right even if the weight seems to be stalled around 210. The pain is under control to a degree as I am on meds for it now, there was no recourse out of that. I lose with low calorie always unless I'm low carbing it too or eating too many starchy carbs... Have a great weekend. I will catch up on everyone's journals on early Saturday a.m. before daybreak hopefully or after once I get out of work if I have the energy... Peace...
