u can do it.. it doesn't matter if it's a "late" workout .. as long as you do it! :) i was thinking that i could hop back on the treadmill at some point today and get in an extra mile or so. friday is getting closer and without weighing everyday ... i'm nervous about doing it friday morning, lol. i sure hope to see a difference!!!
