So yesterday was my first full day of my diet. And it was surprisingly easier than I thought it would be. I used to say, "Gosh, I don't even eat that much, how am I always gaining weight?" but now that I'm actually looking at the calories in the things I was eating, NO WONDER! I work at a hotel, and I often will snack on the stuff we have around the hotel for guests, EX: A. blueberry otis spunkmeyer muffin. Small size, 375 calories!!!!!!!!! That's a stinkin meal right there! and I never bothered to even look at it before. Now I can eat a bowl of oatmeal, a cup of fresh fruit, a low fat yogurt, and a strawberry special k bar for 390 calories. Like WHAT was I thinking????
I think i'm lucky that I figured this out decently young, so I can fix myself now!
