Back home and using my own scale. Yay...it registered .3 lbs. heavier than the scale I was using this weekend. And that is very likely an accurate assessment of the weekend. I really tried to stay true to healthy eating. I noticed this morning, when recording my food, that I chose the wrong breakfast today. I normally have whole wheat toast with an egg. I need protein in the morning. But today I thought I'd mix it up a bit with low fat yogurt, strawberries, whole grain toast and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Wow...what a difference in calorie count. I won't choose this breakfast again unless I think I need a treat. I can adjust for it during the rest of the day. It was just a shocker to see the total calorie count. It's snowing today, will be tonight and tomorrow. Shoveling here I come! A good aerobic workout without going to the gym. I read something funny the other day: 'I think I'll name my bathroom Jim - that way I can say that I go to the Jim every morning." Have a healthy day. Choose well.
