Ty everyone! Yesterday i just cracked. My poor roommate drove 6 hours home and took over cleaning bc i just had it. It looked like i hadn't cleaned at all. No workout. I feel like i have lost a week. Got vet involved yesterday and puppy is on chicken and rice until she dries up. @dawnie, i had three shots. But today is a new day. 

Seriously, not sleeping is hell on my program. Not surprising that stress and insomnia is linked to obesity.  

I think you did really well having 3 shots and not 3 bottles! Jen, it's okay to have days like that. ❤

Jen, friend, that was allll me the other day❤️💕 I’m sorry for the awkward post. I was going off of almost 2 weeks of not sleeping good and steroids, I just got really confused and emotional. I apologize if it played any roll in what you were going through. ❤️💕  

Awww jc! I thought nothing of it... so much so that i am not sure what you are even talking about... Is it the pho joke?? Anyway, no, my dog is sick and she has been up all night the last three nights. Seriously do not know how parents do not lose their minds.

Awe prayers for your doggy🙏❤️ I figured he was sick, but I honestly thought I played a roll in it because it was definitely awkward 😘 I cannot even get myself to look at the pho post🤦🏻‍♀️ I cringed multiple times every time it kept popping up. It wasn’t even like I said anything wrong lol but I was more worried I upset u🤦🏻‍♀️❤️
