Pretty much staying on a plateau even though I've been very strict with my diet. I popped down to 130.6, then back up for a few days, then this morning back down to 130.6. I'm still retaining water from working out so much so that's a pretty good weight. If I can maintain it for 3 days I'll record it. I usually drop then go back up for a few days before dropping again. I'm learning to not get too upset when the number keeps going up ... patience. My ideal weight seems to be around 128 - I'll be there before summer and between climbing, weights, yoga, and Pilates I shouldn't have any problem wearing shorts and a tank. I'm too damn old for a bikini so at least I dont' have to shoot for looking good in one of those!
