I have days like that as well. Not a big deal. I am 43, started at around 230lbs. and am down to 190, since jan. Eating a lot of veggies/fruit/whole wheat, very little meat if any and no fast food, which I have conditioned myself to think of as poison. If I could only give up good beer, I would be in business. I always try to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
