Okay so I'm starting into my 3rd week of my new lifestyle and so far so good. I've lost around 6 pounds, but even more, I am noticing a difference in the way my jeans fit. Jeans that were heck to get on before, slid on pretty easy today. So excited about that! I've also notcied my appetite decreasing quite a bit, but I still feel the urge to snack more than I should. Oh well, guess I'm human after all.
