day 123..66 out this morning..clouds were rollin over, but was a nice warm walk...2.5 miles in..with more to come...went to gym did 4.5 miles on elliptical, drank protein shake, came home and cut grass and trimmed that should be good for another 500 calories burned...so far today --------
