Can any other women sympathize with the experience of having your weight fluctuate 2-3 pounds from day to day? It’s kind of freaking me out but I guess it’s just my body’s norm? Idk what to think, and it’s hard to tell if I’m actually making progress

Anna, I do that all the time, even though I'm eating within my RDI (recommended daily intake), and I've lost 40 pounds in 5 months. Just stay on your plan, and it will happen. Good luck on your journey.
