I hate to say it since I was making so much progress, but I'm having to quit my exercise for a little while. I stepped on a nail this weekend that went through my shoe and into my foot. I'm on Hydrocodone for the pain and Cipro antibiotic. I'll still be watching what I eat, but not exercising is disappointing to me since I was really starting to feel the benefits of it. Oh well, I'll get back into the swing of things once my foot is healed. Not going to let this stop me, delay me perhaps, but not stop!!!
