Haven't been following Medifast 100% and the scale hasn't moved!
According to my cousins digital scale I weighed 136.5 fully clothed Saturday. I was at my cousins fathers funeral and ate like a little pig.
In 2 weeks I'll know for sure how my poor eating habits has changed my weight.
I need to get down to business and start this program again. The Medifast company keeps sending me boxes of food and I haven't finished my fisrt box!
I have another 20 lbs to lose.

I would try to look at it, like money in the bank for food that you don't have to go buy! :) Food prices are climbing like crazy and I can barely afford to buy groceries, some days. You can do it! Eating after a funeral is just never easy. Chin up, dust off and get back to it, you can DO IT! :)
