Keto diet works like any other diet through calorie deficit. You lose the same amount of weight and maybe a little more from water loss. I do keto because certain grains gives me bloating and diarrhea. I love the foods I get to eat, and it doesn’t give me gastrointestinal issues.
I also am mindful of calories, so if I want a non-keto compliant treat I keep in mind the amount I’m eating and track the calories on FS. My weight will fluctuate a few lbs from the water retention but as long as I keep my calories in check I know my weight will go down.
I support any healthy diet. If keto causes you to binge from cravings it’s not a healthy diet for you. Keep trying different ones, they all work but you need to do your hw to find one that works for you. *hint* the less restrictive your diet is, the more likely you will stick with it. #kcko
This is a chaffle. 1 egg + 1/2 cup of cheese makes 2 small waffles or 1 normal sized ones. I might add a little more cheese to give it more texture.
