day 121 50 outside this morning..just got back from my 2.5 mile walk...going to try and remember to put in what i eat everyday in here..so i can look back and see the good and the bad days...
6:00breakfast---1 can of tuna water base..60cal, 8oz water 2.5 mile walk----8oz water 10:00snack---1/2 banana--52cal 12:00lunch---2 cups home made vegetable soup 270cal, 8oz water, manderine oranges out of a can 1/2 cup 76cal. 2:00 snack dreamsickle 100cal. 8oz water 4:30supper---not really hungry had protein shake 260cal 10oz. calorie intake 828....calories burned 510
